Have Thermos, Will Travel

Winter sure did come quick!  Last week, temps were in the low 50's and today it's below freezing and snow is on the ground.  Brrr!  I rarely leave the house without some hot coffee to go...today will be no exception :)

For my card, I used these fun thermos images from Papertrey Ink, the square scallop frame is from Paper Sweeties and snowflakes are Reverse Confetti's.

Holiday Cheer!

Having a little holiday cheer (aka: Bailey's in my coffee) and wrapping presents while there's about an inch of snow on the ground...definitely getting in the Christmas spirit tonight!

For my card, I created the background with STAMPlorations Dots All Over stencil and sponged the bottom part.  The images are from two festive Avery Elle sets: Sweet Tidings and Holiday Spirits (both are deeply discounted right now!).  The fun sentiment is from MFT Cozy Greetings set.

A Whole Latte Santa

Today is beginning to look a lot like Christmas...my shopping is done, I've started to wrap gifts (my fav activity!), the house is as decorated as it's going to be and there are some snowflakes blowing around!

This little Santa images from Mama Elephant just make me happy!  And like me, they are just drawn to a big mug of coffee!  The great sentiment and mug are from Right At Home.

Warm Winter Wishes

Can't think of a better way to warm up my hands than with a to go cup filled with hot chocolate (or an eggnog latte...that works too!)

It's Day Two of the  Winter Coffee Lovers Bloghop and I'm so excited to get out all my coffee/tea/cocoa stamps and dies to play along this week! You’ll definitely want to join in to be inspired by the endless amounts of creativity, have a few laughs, meet new friends or connect with your besties and maybe win a prize from one of our amazing Super Sponsors – like STAMPlorations!

For my card, I created a snowy background using the Dots All Over stencil and glittery embossing paste.  The image is from the Fall For Coffee set -- so fun to color.  To finish, I cut some soft aqua cardstock using the Warm Winter Wishes phrase die and added a few sequins.

For my card, I chose some non-traditional colors, but I like the combo :)  The cup was made using Stampin Up Coffee Cafe stamp set and coordinating dies. The black oval was cut using Our Daily Bread Design Oval Pierced die and the perfect sentiment is from STAMPlorations Caffeinated Christmas sentiment set!  I used a small holly die from my stash and added Nuvo Crystal Drops to make 'berries' and added to a stir stick.

See you on the hop!

Caffeinated Warm Up

The best kind of  'warm up' to me involves caffeine in a cup!  The next best thing...play in the Winter Coffee Lovers Bloghop which began today and runs through December 15th!

You'll definitely want to play along!  You are sure to be inspired by the endless amounts of creativity, have a few laughs, meet new friends or reconnect with your besties and maybe win one of the amazing prizes being offered by our fabulous Super Sponsors - like Reverse Confetti!

For the background, I started with one of the designs in the Cheerful & Kind 6x6 pattern paper pad and laid over White Cloud cardstock cut from the new Large Diamond Cover Panel die.  The cups were stamped and die cut using Caffeinated Cups then paper pieced using a couple other designs from the Cheerful & Kind pattern paper pad.  What's the best way to keep your java warm?  Be sure they have their hats and scarves on, of course!  The darling hat is from the new Happy Winter stamp set and coordinating dies and the scarf is from the Sno Awesome stamp set and coordinating dies.
